These terms apply to your use of indiafun.net, operated by IndiaFun, India.

1. Who can register

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. We may ask you to prove your age and close accounts that do not meet this rule.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
• One person, one account.
• Your account is active once you confirm your email through the link we send.

3. Email

We send account messages, such as the confirmation link, to your confirmed address. Marketing emails about bonuses and promotions are sent only if you ticked the marketing checkbox at registration. You can withdraw that consent at any time, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

4. Responsible play
